A few things before starting your registration:

  • If you are using a Promo Code for discounted registration you will be asked to add that prior to checking out to receive your reduced rate.
  • When you are selecting your registration type, if you select Shipper Pass, please note that the Journal of Commerce events team will verify that you qualify as a shipper.

Important Information about Cancellations/Refunds/Substitutions

  • Refund requests will be honored if received in writing through August 31, 2026.
  • All refunds will be subject to a $100 processing fee. 
  • Cancellations received after August 31, 2026 and 'no shows' will be subject to the full conference rate. 
  • Substitutions may be made by contacting the Events Help Desk
  • You must provide the name, title, and contact information for the person you are substituting. 
  • We can only accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit cards for payment.
